Verescence wins awards for social and environmental practices

Verscence is a company specializing in the manufacture of glass bottles, winning awards for its social and environmental practices.

EcoVadis focuses on corporate social responsibility (CSR) and assesses more than 50000 companies based on 21 criteria around four themes: environment, labor and human rights, business ethics, and sustainable procurement, awarding the Veressence Recognition Gold Level. According to reports, Verescence ranked in the top 1% of all industries evaluated by EcoVadis in 2018.

The recently released corporate social responsibility report by Verscence focuses on three pillars: people first, taking action for society, and ecological solutions.

2.85% of purchases are local

3.+80% of waste is reused

4.1000 tons of recycled glass sold in 2017
